Responsible for all recruitment activities of the group (both staff/management & blue collar).  Responsibilities include to ensure planned, effective, and timely recruitment of personnel in accordance with the approved manpower plan / manpower requisitions, source the most competent staff from various countries, ensure the best possible mix of human resources, advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, conduct selection tests, prepare various reports.

  • Develop recruitment strategies to undertake selection campaigns overseas and locally that attract suitably qualified and experienced candidates.

  • Designing & Developing Recruitment Process & Plan.

  • Identify, screen and qualify candidates. Review, reformat and present CVs to the line manager/s.

  • Liaise / Coordinate with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs / to deliver planned manpower resource implementation.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders / management for approved organization chart, manpower plan and budget.

  • Analyzing contracts and performance of recruitment agencies.  Single point of contact for recruitment agencies with regards to the recruitment, interviews, selection, deployment of manpower till the invoicing.

  • Preparation & Maintenance of Mobilization/Demobilization Plan.  Identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization and projects prior to hire from outside. 

  • Develop and execute recruitment outreach programs (overseas bulk campaigns).

  • Prepare and develop job description.

  • Head Hunt potential candidates for top management positions / Leadership hiring.

  • HR Point of Contact: Available for all employees and line managers to answer HR related questions / matters and support actively when needed. Leverage the operations by sourcing and nurturing ideas and rolling them out.

  • Induction: Conduct induction sessions, educate new hires on employment regulations and clarify management expectations to ensure greater quality commitment, work performance and compliance with performance standards.

  • Absenteeism: Investigate on the reasons for absenteeism and report that to the HR Operation Manager, and consult for appropriate administrative/ legal action.

  • Employee Relations: Available for all employees and line managers to answer HR related questions / matters and support actively when needed.

  • Employee Grievance: Acknowledge the grievance put forward by the employee as manifestation of true and real feelings of the employees. Gather appropriate and sufficient facts explaining the grievance’s nature. Identify the actual cause of grievance. Accordingly, take remedial actions to prevent repetition of the grievance. Execute the decision quickly, ignoring the fact, that it may or may not hurt the employees concerned.

  • Employee Engagement & Training:  Preparation of Proposals for HR Projects to be submitted to the Management.  Preparation of Proposals for Training & Development.  Preparation of training material. Arranging training program for employees.

  • HR Services: Manage all HR and personnel requests in order to maintain smooth employee service system in line with Company’s HR policies and procedures.  Providing labour law compliance, record keeping, training, compensation, relational assistance and help with handling specific performance issues.  Perform routine HR services viz. ERP updates, Issuance of Certificates / Letters, Preparation & update Org. charts, Maintain and update employee records, Collection and Submission of various HR reports to the Managing Director.
