I have worked in the recruitment industry for more than 12 years, ultimately gaining experience in B2B sales, talent marketing, human resources practices, sourcing and recruiting at a variety of levels. Responsible for all recruitment activities of the group (both staff/management & blue collar). Liaise / Coordinate with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs / to deliver planned manpower resource implementation.
Coordinate with stakeholders / management for approved organization chart, manpower plan and budget.
Analyzing contracts and performance of recruitment agencies. Single point of contact for recruitment agencies with regards to the recruitment, interviews, selection, deployment of manpower till the invoicing.
Preparation & Maintenance of Mobilization/Demobilization Plan. Identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization and projects prior to hire from outside.
Develop and execute recruitment outreach programs (overseas bulk campaigns).
Prepare and develop job description.
Head Hunt potential candidates for top management positions / Leadership hiring.
Motivating and supporting recruitment team to ensure day-to-day performance and service standards are achieved.
